办理绿卡的流程是怎么样的 外国人怎么办理绿卡
在中国办理了绿卡所需要的条件跟资料：
1、在中国直接投资、连续三年投资情况稳定且纳税纪录良好者；
2、在中国担任较高的职位，以及享受同等待遇、已连续任职满四年、四年内在中国居留累计不少于三年且纳税纪录良好者；
3、对中国有重大、突出贡献以及国家特别需要的；
4、中国公民或在中国获得永久居留资格的外国人配偶，婚姻关系存续满五年、已在中国连续居留满五年、每年在中国居留不少于9个月且有稳定生活保障和住所的；
5、在境外无直系亲属，投靠境内直系亲属，且年满60周岁、已在中国连续居留满5年、每年在中国居留不少于9个月并有稳定生活保障和住所的。
6、未满18周岁未婚子女投靠父母的；
注意：还需要所在公司配合，需了解一些公司内的资料，出入境会上公司查询信息。
